Unstable Orbit

Last night I was at the Castel, Cardiff Castle for their Christmas banquet. It was a four course meal with singing and general jollyness. The steak we had for the main course was very good. I guess they avoid turkey, and roasted bird in general, as people are usually sick of turkey by the ene of Christmas – or at least they have had a hell of a lot of it.

Today is the day that some say the world is going to end. Well I can assure you that it is not. The would ending will not come from signs and just watch the various videos on you tube if you don’t believe me.

CGPGrey has a great video regarding this. If you Google for: ‘CGPGrey Mayan’ you’ll find out what I’m talking about.

Do you ever get that moment where your body keeps moving but your mind is saying go to bed? I’m getting that right now. I’ve spent a lot of time tonight looking, unsucessfully, for something. What’s more annoying is that I’m sure I had it in my hands this morning.

I seem to have made a bit of a mistake. As you may have noticed I’ve changed the theme. This has ruined the menus. However I was thinking that the menus weren’t entirely working. The items in the drop down list were getting too many to fit on my small computer screen. I’ll fix it. It just may take some time.

On my Ipod touch I have an excellent app called ‘Errands’. Basically this is a to-do list. On it I’ve put ‘Sort WordPress’ and have not got round to this. I feel that this site needs a bit of work to bring is up to be what I really want it to be.

I’ve delayed this again and again. Putting stuff off is probably something that we’re all very good at.  However I will be going through this site and reordering it to make things look better.

I recently spent sometime looking closely at my life. I looked at the issues of money and time. I got no useful conclusions. Most of my money goes on essentials and most of my time is spent at work.

Not very helpful is it?

This is my new WordPress site. I hope you will find the content interesting.

I’m a writer living in Cardiff and this will be a place for my work. This is my second site, the other being http://unstable-orbit.blogspot.com/, and I hope to keep the two sites distinct from each other.

At the moment I’m concentrating on ‘The Multiverse.’ This will be a section of critique of television series. Going through what I think works and what I think doesn’t. I hope you will find this section interesting.

I will also be uploading some stories and university work.
