About a month ago I started to count calories. Some of you reading this are probably already thinking I’m nuts.
Maybe I am. I’m using an app to count calories. You didn’t expect me to do something like this without an app did you?
It has been quite an eye opener. Sometimes I will still eat something even if I don’t actually have the calories left in my daily allowance. However I have actually found myself thinking, on occasion, that a certain food isn’t worth it.
Pizza is not one of those foods. I will always want to have pizza. Being on a diet, or counting calories, doesn’t mean no pizza. That is no way to live.
It just means occasional pizza or maybe even a gym session to try and burn some of the calories! Or just go to a pizza place approximately 5 kilometres away and walk.
Perhaps not.
Weirdly I’m rather enjoying counting calories. It is useful to see my food intake in black and white (and green and red in the app). My weight seems to be going down so something is working.

I just wanted to say that I have checked this post. I really have. Unfortunately my particular combination of dyslexia and dyspraxia makes it really hard for me to spot typos. Please enjoy and I’ll try not to make too many errors.
